How much does delivery cost and how long will it take?
We offer free standard delivery on all orders over £500. For smaller items, shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Most in-stock items are delivered within 5-10 working days via our specialized furniture courier service.
What is your return policy if I'm not satisfied?
We want you to love your new furniture. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure the items are in their original packaging and unassembled.
Does my furniture come with a warranty?
Yes, all Roseland Furniture products come with a standard 12-month manufacturer's guarantee covering any structural defects or quality issues, giving you complete peace of mind.
Do you offer assembly services for your furniture?
Many of our ranges are delivered fully assembled. For items that require assembly, we provide clear, step-by-step instructions. At this time, we do not offer an in-home assembly service.

To maintain the beauty of your furniture, we recommend dusting regularly with a soft cloth and avoiding direct sunlight or heat sources. For oak items, an occasional application of furniture wax will help preserve the natural grain.
